The cottage has an ‘upside-down’ layout to maximise the views towards Bwlchtocyn and Abersoch Bay, an open-plan living space with bi-fold doors leading to the private terrace and luxurious hot tub, so you’ll feel right at home. Should you wish to explore the area, Abersoch Beach and Machroes Beach are just a short walk away, along with a great selection of elegant local shops and divine restaurants.

This light and bright cottage is adorned with modern accents and high-quality fixtures throughout. As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a small kitchenette that’s equipped with all the essentials, including a kettle and plenty of storage. Along with this, there is an en-suite master king size bedroom, double king bedroom and a shared hallway bathroom with a shower, making it the ideal setup for a family.

The heart of the home is on the first floor and comprises an open-plan kitchen/living room which is a delightful place to socialise and admire the views across the golf course over Cardigan Bay to St Tudwal’s Islands.

The main kitchen is complete with everything you will need to self-cater with ease, including an oven, an induction hob, an American-style fridge/freezer and a microwave. There is also a handy two-seater breakfast bar and an eight-seater dining table.

Continue further to the lounge which is equipped with two sumptuous sofas, an armchair, and a Smart Frame TV. When the sun is shining, slide open the bi-fold doors and step out onto the large terrace to admire the sea views.

There are two further bedrooms at the cottage, one double bedroom on the first floor and a king-size bedroom on the second floor. These bedrooms share a bathroom on the first floor.

Outside, you will have access to a back garden with multiple terraces, a dining table, and a bubbling hot tub, so you can enjoy the idyllic views in style.

There is a lock box which you can access on arrival.

The house is on 4 levels and there is a steep narrow staircase to one of the king size bedrooms. There are also several terraces outside accessed by steps and a spiral staircase leading from the the top terrace.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The property is in the attractive coastal resort of Abersoch at the south end of the Llyn Peninsula. It’s adjacent to Abersoch Golf Course and just a short walk from Abersoch Beach and the bustling village centre where there are convenience stores, elegant shops and restaurants.

There are plenty of ways to enjoy the great outdoors. In the summertime, the resort is popular with families who like to spend days having fun on the beach, and with three within walking distance, you will be spoilt for choice. Abersoch’s long sandy beach lined with pretty beach huts, two cafes, Abersoch sailing school and South Caernarfonshire Yacht Club is a mecca for water sports enthusiasts and sun worshippers.
