Located on a small private estate and one of five cottages within the grounds, Warren Cottage is a bright and inviting holiday home in the pretty village of Kingham with everything you’ll need for a relaxing stay with your nearest and dearest. The property has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard, furnished with antiques and modern comforts and is complete with three en-suite bedrooms and a layout that’s made for socialising. Should you wish to explore the area, Stow-on-the-Wold and Moreton-in-Marsh are just a short drive away, while a selection of family-friendly activities can be enjoyed at Daylesford Farm and the Cotswold Water Park.

Exceptional Service

Our award-winning Guest Services team will not only help you find your dream holiday but will support you through every step of your stay.

As you step inside, you will be greeted by a light, open-plan living space with a lounge, kitchen and dining room. The lounge is complete with comfortable sofas and armchairs, perfectly placed around the crackling open fire.

Meanwhile, the fully-equipped kitchen contains everything needed to self-cater with ease including a fridge/freezer, a double oven and dishwasher, while the extendable dining table comfortably seats 12. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate utility room with a clothes washer/drier and ceiling airer.

The cottage features three cosy bedrooms. On the ground floor is an accessible bedroom which can have one or two single beds as required, with a spacious en-suite wet room suitable for assisted access. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a super-king-size bed and a zip-and-link twin bedroom, both of which feature en-suite bathrooms with a bath and walk-in shower.

Outside, you will have access to a private, south-facing garden with a table and chairs and a gas BBQ.

You will have access to a host of on-site leisure facilities that are shared by guests of all cottages:

Swimming pool and Hamman

Take a dip in the 11m long and 5m wide indoor heated swimming pool or head to the Hamman, a traditional Turkish steam room where you can enjoy some well-deserved relaxation.

Guests will have 1 hour 45 minutes of shared pool time in the morning and a private swim time at an allocated time throughout the day for 1 hour 15 minutes. Please contact Guest Services if you'd like to find out beforehand.

The shallow end is large and flat for playing water games and deep enough for strong swimmers to ‘tumble turn’. Small children should wear appropriate float aids as well as being accompanied by an adult.

Please note: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. We also advise adults to not swim alone but to always swim in company.

Pre-bookable spa treatments are also available in the Hamman for a little extra luxury. Please contact Guest Services to find out more.

Gardens and grounds

The six acres of beautiful gardens, created over thirty years, contain many shrubberies and borders with different things to see all year round; explore the fascinating Moorish Pavilion with overtones of the Alhambra in Grenada, the large ponds and waterfalls, the box patterns in the parterre, and ever-changing variety of blossom and flowers. On your stroll say hello to the chickens, bantams and other more exotic birds, or simply enjoy the birdsong from the amazing variety of birds resident in the grounds.

Other leisure facilities

There is an all-weather tennis court available for tennis enthusiasts bringing their own racquets, shoes and tennis balls, along with a croquet set for use on the main lawn.

Self-check-in on arrival and once you’re settled in the owners will welcome you to the property and show you around the pool facilities.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
