The lodge has been designed to the highest standard with modern fixtures, floor-to-ceiling windows and an ‘upside down’ layout to maximise the breathtaking lake views from every angle.

Step inside the property where you will find all four accessible bedrooms on the ground floor with access to a lift if required. Each bedroom has been designed with stylish and calming interiors, while two of the rooms offer French doors leading to the shared wraparound balcony so you can admire the views from the minute you wake up.
There is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room and three double bedrooms, two of which have an en-suite shower room too.

The first floor features a modern and spacious living room and kitchen which is the perfect place to socialise and relax. The kitchen provides all the essentials to self-cater with ease including an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. Gather around the eight-seater dining table to enjoy delicious meals together or retreat to the lounge area to watch a movie on Netflix or chat about your day.

When the sun is shining, open the bi-fold doors and venture out to the spacious balcony. It truly is a spectacular place to sit and admire the stunning views across the lake, while the outdoor dining table is the ideal setting for alfresco meals.

You may have access to the lift if you require it for mobility, otherwise it will be turned off.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The lodge is located at Cotswold Water Park which provides an abundance of family-friendly activities, including canoeing on the lake, picturesque cycling routes, scenic strolls, archery, and so much more. Tennis courts and local fishing spots are also close by, along with a range of restaurants, cafes and pubs, so you will never be short of something to do.

With an abundance of dining options and boutique shops, Cirencester town centre is a delightful, calm and historic destination to explore. The Open Air Pool is a particularly popular attraction between May and September with two spring water swimming pools and sunbathing patio. It’s also located on the edge of Cirencester Park which is perfect for a family picnic or a stroll.
