Combining country chic with classic Art Deco style, this striking property oozes luxury from the moment you step inside.

The lounge is bright and sophisticated with ample seating, making it the perfect place for the whole group to gather for movie nights on the Smart TV or a catch-up. The adjoining drawing room extends the space further and provides an additional place to relax and enjoy some quiet time with your favourite book in hand. Here, you will find two Chesterfield armchairs and a crackling fireplace for that extra cosy touch.

Meanwhile, the newly refurbished and fully-equipped kitchen has everything you will need to prepare delicious feasts, including a double electric oven, range master and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a four-seater dining table, ideal for breakfast or a quick bite to eat. There is also an adjoining utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The lavish dining room is perfectly positioned between the kitchen and living room where you can gather for delicious family meals or special celebrations. There's a 15-seater farmhouse dining table, ideal for enjoying banquets prepared by a private chef if you don’t feel like cooking.

The main house has seven uniquely designed bedrooms with luxurious linen sheets and sumptuous soft furnishings. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, on the first floor there’s a super-king bedroom with an en-suite shower room and two king-size bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite with a shower and a roll-top bath, plus an additional single bed. On the second floor, there are two remaining bedrooms with zip and link twin beds which can be made up as king-size beds on request. The first floor also features a further shower room off the hallway.

The extensive outside space offers the opportunity to enjoy barbecues on the terrace with the countryside as your backdrop, relax in the bubbling hot tub or explore the beautiful estate gardens in tranquil surroundings.

The owners will greet you on arrival and show you into the property.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.

  • Up to 2 dogs are permitted with an additional fee of £25 per dog

The property is located between Cliveden and the Colne Valley in the Buckinghamshire countryside with scenic walks from the doorstep or a little further, the Children Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with miles of woodland, footpaths and waterways to explore.

The closest town is Beaconsfield which is often used as a filming location due to being home to the National Filming and Television School. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs to choose from, along with a wonderful market that takes place on the 4th Saturday of every month.
