The heart of any home is the kitchen and this one definitely delivers, a large and bright area where all the family can gather and get involved. Decorated in calming colours and fitted with a large range of quality fixture and fittings including a good sized dining table to seat all and central island. Two double ovens, six ring gas hob, microwave, two American fridge/freezers and importantly two drinks coolers plus all the mod cons you can think of to ensure all your entertaining needs are met. There are full laundry facilities with washing machine and tumble dryer and a separate utility area containing one of the American fridge/freezers. Also on the ground floor you'll find the family room with double and two single beds along with a ground floor shower room, with shower WC and basin.

Opening up into the garden are the large French doors leading to the hot tub area - a perfect place to unwind and enjoy bubbles! There is ample seating for all in the large but cosy lounge coupled with the log burner and large TV, just the spot for an evening of games or a movie night.

Moving up to the first floor you will find the master suite with a king and two single beds, one family room with king and single bed , one triple room with three single beds, one double and one super king bedroom that can be made a twin upon request. The king size and double bedrooms have private en-suite and fitted to a very high standard with shower, WC and sink. The triple room has exclusive use of the luxurious family bathroom with its roll top bath steps across the hallway. The master suite with its large en-suite shower room, twin sinks and WC has picture perfect views of the Welsh hills and surrounding countryside.
All the rooms in the farmhouse are bright and airy with a feel of bringing the outside in whilst maintaining a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

To the outside there are extensive gardens mainly laid to lawn and offering an excellent arena for all manner of garden games and endless family fun and for the younger members of the group there is a modern wooden climbing frame to explore.

The property is accessed via a private gravel driveway.

The property owners have worked hard to minimise its impact on the environment and is powered by renewable energy. If you'd like to offset the carbon emissions from your trip get in touch and we can arrange this for a small fee.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking and service fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

For all of our properties that require a refundable accidental damage deposit of less than £500 we offer the following options as an alternative to this payment:-

Accidental damage waiver – an advance payment can be made to waive the requirement for the Accidental Damage Deposit. This is automatically added to your booking – please contact us to remove this option and either add Booking Protect detailed below or to pay the Refundable Accidental Damage Deposit.

For your complete peace of mind, we offer Booking Protect. With Booking Protect, if you are no longer able to travel as intended, we will arrange a change of date or a full refund for you minus the cost of Booking Protect and the admin fee of £75.

In addition to the flexibility to rearrange your dates, Booking Protect covers accidental damage during your stay at the property up to the value of the Accidental Damage Deposit for the booked Property.

The property is near the popular destination of Rhosneigr on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey. We recommend travelling by car so that you can easily explore the local area - there are several pubs and restaurants nearby and access to major supermarkets is within easy reach. There is private parking for multiple cars at the property.
