As you step inside the cottage, you’ll be greeted by warming underfloor heating, exposed stone walls and stylish panelling, all of which set the scene for the rest of the abode.

The first of two lavishly designed bedrooms, the master suite, is located to the left of the property's entrance and is complete with vaulted ceilings, a sumptuous king-size bed, a roll-top bath and an en-suite shower room. Meanwhile, the second bedroom also features a king-size bed. There is also a bathroom with a large shower just across the hall.

The heart of the property features an open-plan living space complete with a fully-equipped, stylish shaker-style kitchen, a four-seater dining table and an inviting lounge. After a stroll through the countryside, sink into the sofa, relax to the ambient sound of the log burner and enjoy your favourite movie on the Smart TV.

Outside, you will have access to an enclosed garden, complete with a picnic table, lounge area and log burner and BBQ, ideal if you’re holidaying with your four-legged friends. After a day of exploring, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a nighttime tipple under a blanket of stars.

Whenever possible, the owners will greet you on arrival and show you into the property.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

The property is located in Chippenham, also known as one of the West Country's most vibrant towns. Spend leisurely days exploring the walking routes that begin from the doorstep, or venture into the town centre to enjoy scenic strolls along the River Avon, followed by a bite to eat at one of the many independent eateries.

When the bright lights of the city beckon, choose from Bristol or Bath. The city of Bristol offers a great day out and we recommend taking a boat trip around the historic harbour. Meanwhile, a trip to the Roman city of Bath, which is a World Heritage Site, is a must and no visit would be complete without a visit to the historic Roman Baths.
