The countryside location provides an abundance of picturesque walks for you and your four-legged friend to enjoy, whilst the cosy abode has everything you need for a relaxing staycation, including a comfortable living room and a private hot tub. Nearby day trips include the cathedral city of Exeter and the famous Jurassic Coast for scenic walks and stunning coastlines.

As you step inside you will be greeted by a cosy living/dining room, designed with vibrant pops of colour and quirky patterns. Nestle into the comfortable sofa after a day of exploring, switch on the Smart TV for a movie night or enjoy a bite to eat in the snug dining area.
Beside the living room is a galley kitchen, fully equipped with all the essentials including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster.
There are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a double bed. Both rooms have been beautifully designed with solid oak furniture and soft linen sheets. The interior of the cottage is complete with a wet room and WC.
Make your way to the private courtyard, complete with a charcoal BBQ, garden furniture and enough space for your four-legged friend to roam. Spend your days relaxing with an enjoyable book in-hand and your evenings soaking in the bubbling hot tub under the stars.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.
Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The cottage is located in the pretty village of Woodbury and is a great base for exploring southeast Devon. There are two pubs within walking distance, both serving delicious food and craft ales, as well as the Greendale Farm Shop for all your essentials and groceries. The towns of Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton are also nearby, which are fantastic for golden sandy beaches, restaurants and shops.For adrenalin seekers, there’s Crealy Theme Park, just 5 minutes away. Experience an abundance of exciting rides and attractions for the whole family to enjoy.
