As you step inside the property, you’ll be greeted by a stunning open-plan living space. Ideal for socialising and full of authentic and stylish features including designer wallpaper, bespoke furniture and professionally designed ambient lighting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to self-cater with ease, including an oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge, dryer and coffee machine, while the large dining table seats up to eight guests.

Meanwhile, the living room comprises a wood-burning stove, underfloor heating and far-reaching views from the extended bank of floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s the perfect place to gather and relax with your favourite movie on the Smart TV.

There are four lavishly decorated bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor with double zip and link beds and an en-suite shower room each. On the first floor, there is a large king-size bedroom with a luxury roll top bath and Jack and Jill sinks. The final bedroom has a double bed with a shower room.

Outside, you will have access to a private garden with stunning views and a dining table with enough space for 12 guests.

The grounds

The property is set on a 150-acre estate of beautiful undulating countryside. You are free to roam the estate and enjoy the abundant wildlife and breathtaking views. There are various games for the children, including football, cricket or croquet. Under an ancient oak, there is a swing and also a firepit for marshmallows and evening fun.

Swimming pool

Enjoy taking a dip in the newly built, indoor swimming pool, followed by a spot of sunbathing on the outdoor terrace during the summer months.

A timetable can be requested to ensure you have allocated time to enjoy the swimming pool in private.

Dining room

If you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary or any other special celebration, or perhaps a corporate event, you have the option of hiring the 24 seat dining room and kitchen. Private chefs, floristry, spa/wellness professionals and chauffeurs may also be organised on request.

The Estate Housekeepers will greet you on arrival, show you around the property and introduce you to all of the facilities.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Check-out: by 10:00 (Sunday checkouts are extended to 16:00)

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £1,000 prior to their stay.
