The suite begins with an open-plan living space, thoughtfully designed with floor-to-ceiling windows to enhance the ocean views and allow natural light to flood in.

The warm and inviting lounge features Vitra Grand Relax sofas and ottomans, an iconic B&O Theatre TV and Beolab 28 speakers, while the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you will need to prepare delicious feasts. After a day of exploring, gather around the adjoining kitchen bar to plan your next adventure or step out onto the south-facing balcony to enjoy an evening tipple with a backdrop of the estuary and beyond.

To guarantee a comfortable night’s sleep, there are two stylishly decorated double bedrooms, each with plush bedding and ample storage space. (The second bedroom can be configured as a king-size double or two single beds on request). Along with this, there are two modern bathrooms equipped with luxury towels and Ralph Lauren bathrobes.

There is a lock box which you can access on arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The suite is located at South Sands Beach in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Beauty. From the doorstep, you can walk the National Trust’s South West Coast Path for beautiful scenery, fresh air and exercise. However, if relaxation is what you require, venture next door to Salcombe Harbour Hotel and make the most of the indoor swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room and fitness suite, all at a reduced cost.
