This single storey stunning barn conversion begins with a spacious and open-plan kitchen/dining/living room. Numerous windows allow in an abundance of natural light, whilst also maximising the stunning countryside views.

The kitchen is well equipped, including a range cooker with an electric hob, a microwave, an American-style fridge/freezer with an ice maker, a dishwasher and a three-seater breakfast bar. It provides a great space for cooking and socialising with its large ten-seater dining table with enough space for the whole group to gather. In the warmer weather, you can open the bi-fold doors and enjoy mealtimes with the rolling countryside as your backdrop.

The large living space is equipped with four comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. After a day of exploring, relax and socialise with a glass of wine in hand, or enjoy a family game night with the selection of board games provided.

There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and space to store your shoes and coats.

The barn comprises three large bedrooms, each uniquely designed with stunning views and Smart TVs. There are two king-size bedrooms, both with a large en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has both twin beds and bunk beds with access to a large family bathroom situated off the hallway with twin sinks, a bath and a shower.

Outside, there is a large secure enclosed garden with an outdoor washing area with a hose for muddy paws and a lawn with space for garden games. Meanwhile, the two outdoor tables and L-shaped rattan sofa make for the perfect setting to dine alfresco, or you can head to the raised patio and relax in the luxurious hot tub under a starry sky.

The owners will greet you on arrival and show you into the property.

A travel cot and highchair are available upon request.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.
