Formerly used as a dairy parlour where the cows were milked on the farm, this luxurious single-storey barn conversion is brimming with character and original features throughout. As you step inside, you will find a light and airy open-plan living space with exposed brick walls, vaulted ceilings and underfloor heating.

The living area features a cream country-style kitchen with a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a hob, an oven, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer. The space also includes a rustic two-seater dining table and a comfortable leather sofa and a Smart TV, both positioned perfectly to admire the countryside views with a hot cup of tea.

In keeping with the open-plan theme, the king-sized bedroom is divided by a partial wall but carefully designed to feel cosy and relaxing. Think exposed brick walls, wooden beams and chic colour tones. Not forgetting the complimentary use of fluffy robes to sink into after a day of exploring.

The barn has a separate WC with a rainfall shower and a set of luxury toiletries to enjoy.

Outside there is a beautiful private garden and terrace, fully enclosed for your four-legged friends to explore. There is also a wood-fired Swedish Hikki outdoor hot tub, a rattan patio set and a BBQ. Alfresco dining does not get much better than this.

At the front of the property, you will have access to one designated parking space (another space is available if required) and a shared courtyard, which can be used by all guests staying on the farm. There is a comfortable garden furniture set and an outdoor dog wash, ideal for mucky paws after a stroll through the countryside.

Hampers: Celebrating a special occasion during your stay? There are five luxurious hampers to choose from, all containing locally sourced, freshly produced items, making the perfect accompaniment for a stay on the farm.

Outdoor Activities: From Archery to Bushcraft, unveil your adventurous side with the exciting on-site activities. A local company will bring the equipment needed to the farm so you can have your own private experience.

Private Dining: Indulge in a 3 Course Fine Dining experience or a Tasting Menu, carefully prepared by a private chef in the comfort of your barn. Wine to accompany each course can also be arranged.

You will drive through electric gates upon arrival and your key will be in the door of the property.

The property has adopted many environmentally friendly measures including a biomass boiler, a wood fired hot tub using local and recycled timber, refillable toiletries to avoid plastic waste and the restoration of original materials throughout.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival. Please note, wood-fired hot tubs take between 3-4 hours to heat initially.

The barn is located on a working farm with livestock. Therefore, your dogs must be kept on a lead. Upon arrival, the owner will notify you of designated areas available for you to walk your dogs.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
