Should you wish to explore the area, the house is within walking distance to Harbour Beach, Warren Beach and Abersoch Beach with its elegant local shops and divine restaurants, so you will never be short of entertainment and fantastic days out.

Step inside the bright and welcoming entrance hall and into the open-plan living room and kitchen where you will enjoy a comforting home from home feeling from the moment you arrive.

After a day at the seaside, the L-shaped sofa is the perfect place to relax and unwind with your favourite programme on the Smart TV, while the kitchen is complete with all the essentials to prepare delicious feasts. You will have access to a dishwasher, a gas hob and electric oven, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine/tumble dryer and a six-seater dining table which is located in the adjoining conservatory.

The ground floor is complete with a convenient shower room.
Venture upstairs to the first floor where you will find three beautiful bedrooms, each designed with seascape décor and sumptuous soft furnishings. The first bedroom features a king-size bed and a small balcony with views of The Boatyard, the second bedroom is complete with a bunk bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. Another flight of stairs leads to the fourth bedroom with a further king-size bed, while all bedrooms have access to the shared family bathroom on the first floor.

Outside, there is a private and enclosed patio with modern outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a BBQ for alfresco dining in the summer months.

You will be given access to the key box for a flexible check-in.

Opposite the house is a boatyard and during the peak weeks and on sunny days the boats are being taken in and out throughout the day.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The neighbourhood

The property is in the attractive coastal resort of Abersoch at the south end of the Llyn Peninsula, just a stone’s throw from Harbour Beach and a short walk from the bustling village centre where there are convenience stores, elegant shops and restaurants.

There are plenty of ways to enjoy the great outdoors. In the summertime, the resort is popular with families who like to spend days having fun on the beach, and with three within walking distance, you will be spoilt for choice. Abersoch’s long sandy beach lined with pretty beach huts, two cafes, Abersoch sailing school and South Caernarfonshire Yacht Club is a mecca for water sports enthusiasts and sun worshippers.
