The cottage begins with a bright and spacious living area, complete with a cosy lounge and a kitchen/diner that’s made for socialising. After a day of exploring, relax and unwind with a glass of wine in hand, or enjoy your favourite movie on the Smart TV.

Meanwhile, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to self-cater, including an electric hob and oven, a microwave and a dishwasher, while the dining table comfortably seats eight guests.

The property comprises three bedrooms, each uniquely designed with luxury soft furnishings. There are two super-king-size bedrooms, both with a large en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has twin beds and a king-size bed with a further en-suite shower room.

Outside, you will have access to a beautiful lawned garden with a decked area, a seesaw and a slide. It is the perfect place to gather for BBQs around the extensive dining table or relax in the 5-meter-long pool, spa and hot tub.

There is a lock box which you can access on arrival.

Please note, the pools are resistance pools, so can be used for swim training.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The cottage is located in the Kent countryside with an abundance of walking routes close by, including some that begin from the doorstep. Just a short drive away is the local bakery, butchers and grocery store, while many more shops can be found in Sandwich just 7 minutes away.

For a day beside the sea, head to the sandy beaches of Sandwich Bay, Margate or Deal to enjoy a spot of swimming, sunbathing and sightseeing. Thrill seekers will love the seafront amusement park in Margate, complete with rides and nostalgic arcade games.

The Cathedral city of Canterbury is around 30 minutes away and home to a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This bustling city is brimming with historical buildings and unique charm, along with a great selection of shops and restaurants to explore.

Other nearby activities include Wingham Wildlife Park, Howletts Wild Animal Park, Whitemills Wakeboarding & Aqua Park, The White Cliffs of Dover, Dover Sea Safari and McArthurGlen Ashford Designer.
