Step through the cream door and into the warm and inviting living room where you’ll be greeted by an abundance of original features, including ancient beams and an inglenook fireplace. After a day of exploring, snuggle up on the sofa and get cosy in front of the Smart TV, or simply relax with a glass of wine in hand and enjoy a board game or two.

Meanwhile, the kitchen has everything you need to self-cater with ease, including a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and a coffee machine to start the mornings right. Leading off the kitchen is a spacious dining room with a six-seater dining table, ideal for savouring delicious meals together.

Upstairs, there are three elegantly designed bedrooms. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite featuring a roll-top bath. A further staircase leads to a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with a travel cot. There is also a shared hallway bathroom with a shower.

Outside, you will have access to a private garden with a large lawn and ample seating for relaxing and alfresco dining. The budding chef of the group will love the Kamodo ceramic BBQ which comes complete with everything you need to grill, roast and prepare fresh pizza.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The cottage is located in Upper Slaughter in a prime countryside location with a pub within walking distance. Meanwhile, Stow-on-the-Wold is just a stone’s throw away with an array of great dining options, including Michelin Star restaurants and more cosy pubs, as well as a variety of independent shops. It’s a great location from which to explore the stunning English countryside and there are walking routes right on the doorstep.

The local area, and the Cotswolds in general, is a dream for walkers and the beautiful Evenlode Valley is a great place to start enjoying the countryside. Meanwhile, many pretty towns and villages of the North Cotswolds, including Moreton-in-Marsh and Bourton-on-the-Water are within easy reach.
