The barn conversion begins with a bright and airy living room which features exposed beams, floor-to-ceiling windows with luxurious designer curtains and a mixture of old masters and contemporary paintings. Relax on the sumptuous sofa or cosy armchair with your favourite programme on the Smart TV or immerse yourself in one of the books provided for you to enjoy during your stay. There is also a desk for remote working if required.
The stylish kitchen is complete with everything you should need to self-cater with ease, including an electric hob, an electric oven, and a fridge/freezer. Meanwhile, the eight-seater dining table is the perfect place to enjoy delicious meals and plan your next adventure.
There are two beautiful bedrooms, each uniquely designed with luxurious soft furnishings, high ceilings and views of fresh lavender and jasmine. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and patio doors leading to the courtyard, while the second bedroom comprises a double bed. There is also a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Outside, you will have access to a small patio in the courtyard that is lined with vibrant lavender and complete with garden furniture. You will also have access to the shared swimming pool, along with Jersey Barn, between the hours of 2-5pm (this may be flexible by mutual agreement with the owners who live in the property next door).

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.
Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

Located on the edge of Peppard Common, you will never be short of pubs and restaurants to dine out at as there is a good range within several miles, including The Unicorn in Peppard Common, The Crooked Billet in Stoke Row and The Highwayman Inn in Checkendon. There is also a village shop for essentials, a tennis club and a famous vineyard which makes for a great day out.The nearest town is Henley-on-Thames which is about 6 miles away and is regarded as one of the prettiest in the south of England thanks to its riverside location.
