On the ground floor, you’ll find the light and bright open-plan living space that comprises the lounge, kitchen and dining areas. It’s the perfect place for families to spend time together, or for everyone to do their own thing while still feeling connected. Smart oak flooring runs throughout, there’s underfloor heating and furnishings are both stylish and comfortable.

The lounge area has two sofas ready for you to sink into, as well as a Smart TV, French doors that open onto the front terrace and fantastic views of the inner harbour and Cardigan Bay beyond. Meanwhile, the contemporary kitchen is well-equipped with modern conveniences, including a double oven and an American fridge with an ice dispenser, to help keep everyone’s cravings satisfied. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table inside or outside on the terrace. Downstairs also has a convenient cloakroom with a WC and basin.

Upstairs on the first floor, there’s a king size bed, a wall-mounted TV and French doors with a Juilette balcony with sea views, as well as a single bedroom that also has a TV. On this floor, you’ll find the family bathroom which has a bath with a shower over.

At the top of the house, the second floor master bedroom has a king size bed, Velux windows and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower.

The outside space comes in the form of a terrace with a hot tub and outdoor furniture, as well as stunning views over the inner harbour. There are also two allocated parking spaces in a secure underground car park.

As you enter Abersoch you will see the Pen y Bont development on the right hand side. Turn right just before the Pen y Bont development and head to the underground car park.

If you'd like to offset the carbon emissions from your trip get in touch and we can arrange this for a small fee.

Use of the hot tub is at an extra charge of £100.00 per stay.
Local restaurants get busy in the summer months so book in advance.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you're legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The neighbourhood

The holiday home is located on a development of similar properties at the heart of the popular village of Abersoch on the Llyn Peninsula. It is only several minutes’ walk from the nearest beach and the shops, cafes and restaurants just a few steps away. Abersoch's long sandy main beach is relatively sheltered, plus there’s an exclusion zone for motorboats that makes it suitable for paddling and swimming.

A water sports haven you can try paddleboarding, hydrofoiling, dinghy sailing and more at Abersoch Sailing School on the beach or with a host of professional water sports experts located on the village's high street. If you are looking to relax then you may prefer to sit back and watch the sailing regatta's that are held during the summer months.
