With a fantastic open-plan living area, a separate lounge and a lovely garden, you’ll have the option to socialise all together or for adults and children to relax apart. The house is semi-detached and has a front garden with driveway parking. Fixtures and fittings are high-spec quality throughout, whilst the fresh, modern decor makes the house feel light and bright. Splashes of colour in the soft furnishings add a layer of warmth and homeliness.

On the ground floor, there’s a light and airy open-plan kitchen/family lounge/dining area that is a great social space for everyone to gather together to chat, watch TV, cook and eat. The bespoke kitchen has everything you will need to self-cater with ease, including an oven and hob, a microwave, and a dishwasher, while the dining table seats eight people comfortably. Meanwhile, the family lounge area has comfortable sofa seating.

On warm days, extend the living area by opening the bi-fold doors that lead straight onto the decked patio which is furnished with a table and chairs for dining alfresco. Beyond the patio is a lawned garden area.

Also on the ground floor is a separate lounge where everyone can watch a film together on the comfortable sofas.

Just off the kitchen is a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and beyond that is a shower room with a WC and sink.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms: one with a double bed, two with a king-size bed and one with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a bath and shower over, as well as a shower room.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you're legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The property is in the attractive coastal resort of Abersoch at the south end of the Llyn Peninsula, just a 5-minute walk from the bustling village centre where there are convenience stores, elegant shops and a range of delis, cafes and restaurants.

There are plenty of ways to enjoy the great outdoors. In the summertime, the resort is popular with families who like to spend days having fun on the beach. Abersoch’s long sandy beach lined with pretty beach huts, two cafes, Abersoch sailing school and South Caernarfonshire Yacht Club is a mecca for water sports enthusiasts and sun worshippers. Machroes Bach, The Warren Beach, Quarry Beach, Porth Ceiriad, Porth Neigwl and Llanbedrog Beach are all within a short drive, providing a beach for every day of the week and each offering a different vibe.
