Spend days browsing the many boutique shops, strolling along St Annes Beach while admiring the pastel beach huts or enjoying a round of golf at the many nearby golf clubs. Back at the house, you will have access to a delightful living space with plenty of space to relax and socialise, including a landscaped garden for alfresco dining in the summer months.

Step inside the bright and welcoming entrance hall and into the cosy living room. This elegantly designed space is complete with two sumptuous sofas, a charming feature fireplace (non-operational) and a striking bay window overlooking the front garden. Lounge here with your favourite movie on the Smart TV or simply relax with a good book in hand.

Meanwhile, the open-plan dining room/kitchen is the perfect place to savour delicious meals and chat about your day. The modern fitted kitchen provides everything you will need to self-cater with ease, including an electric hob and oven, a kettle, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer, while the dining room comfortably seats six with a Smart TV on the wall.

Venture upstairs to the first floor where you will find two beautiful bedrooms, each complete with double beds, luxurious soft furnishings and ample storage space. There is also a shared bathroom with a shower and a bath.

Outside, you will have access to a private garden with a decked patio. When the sun is shining, enjoy dining alfresco around the rattan table or sip on the finest of wines until the sky fills with stars.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.

The neighbourhood

The house is situated in the seaside town of Lytham and perfectly placed to enjoy the many pubs and restaurants nearby, including The Queens, The Taps and Bistro St Annes.

There is so much to see and do in the area, including a visit to Fairhaven Lake and the RSPB visitor centre. Here, you can enjoy boat rides, bird watching, nature walks, a bite to eat beside the water and an adventure golf course. Meanwhile, Lytham Windmill, situated on Lytham Green, is also nearby and free to enter. Between June and July, the Lytham Festival is also located here with ten full days of live music to enjoy, while the Lowther Pavilions offers live entertainment throughout the whole year.
