Step inside the chandelier-lit hallway, paving the way to the first of two living rooms. This sociable space has been carefully designed with calming colour tones and complementary pops of colour, making for the perfect place to gather for a cosy night in. Nestle into the luxurious U-shaped sofa after a day of exploring the Malvern Hills, enjoy your favourite movie on the Smart TV or relax beside the crackling open fire with a good book in-hand.

For experts and budding chefs alike, the country-style kitchen boasts a range of high-end amenities throughout. You will have access to a Rangemaster, a fridge/freezer, an electric cooker, an additional integrated double oven, a coffee machine and a microwave. Prepare delicious feasts to enjoy together or gather around the island to plan your next adventure.

Meanwhile, the grand dining room seats up to 20 guests and provides the perfect setting for large family meals or special celebrations.

For some peace and quiet, venture to the delightful sunroom where you will find a four-seater breakfast table and two armchairs, perfectly placed to enjoy the gorgeous lake views. Or you can relax in the second living space which provides an additional open fireplace and a Smart TV.

Venture back through the kitchen and into the handy utility room which features an American-style fridge/freezer, a tumble dryer and a washing machine. There are also two separate WCs on the ground floor.

There are six bedrooms altogether, each designed with calming colour tones, crisp cotton sheets and sumptuous soft furnishings. The first bedroom is a large family suite on the ground floor and comprises a king-size bed, a day bed, a trundle and an en-suite shower room.
The remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. The second bedroom comprises a single bed with a trundle, while the third bedroom is the master with a king-size bed and a single chair bed.

The fourth bedroom has a double bed, while bedroom five has a king-size bed. The sixth bedroom is a family-friendly suite with a king-size bed, two double chair beds and a large en-suite with views of the Malvern Hills and the vineyard.

The outside space can only be described as the jewel in the crown of this spectacular home with three acres of stunning gardens and six acres of lake to enjoy. Gather around the large dining table for an alfresco meal or head to the lakeside terrace to sit around the large firepit, for a delicious BBQ or a freshly made pizza from the pizza oven. If you are feeling active, head to the tennis courts for a family tournament or spill out onto the lawn for a day of garden games. When the temperature starts to drop, climb into the bubbling hot tub or relax beside the fire pit beneath the starry sky.

The owners will greet you on arrival and show you into the property.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £1,000 prior to their stay.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

For some city life, historic Worcester is 11 miles away where plenty of attractions include the cathedral, the racecourse and The Commandery which was the Royalists’ headquarters during the English Civil War.
