Step inside the spectacular hallway where you will immediately be greeted with a unique, floor-to-ceiling wood burner and an open gallery landing. Deep colour tones, paired with modern light fixtures and quirky ornaments set the scene for the rest of the abode.

Venture through the impressive archway and into the open-plan kitchen/dining/living room where the stunning river views will truly take your breath away. This sociable space is split into four sections, beginning with the modern kitchen which features an electric oven, a hob, a fridge/freezer and a kettle. Meanwhile, the further three sections of the room comprise two comfortable sitting areas and a large ten-seater dining table. Spend your time relaxing in front of the log burner, enjoying a movie marathon on the Smart TV, gathering for delicious banquets or simply admiring the views.

The ground floor is complete with a small WC.

There are five luxurious bedrooms on the first floor, each uniquely designed with calming colour tones, modern décor and hints of traditional chic throughout. The master bedroom features a super-king-size bed, a balcony overlooking the lake and an en-suite with a shower and a bath. Meanwhile, there are two additional super-king-size bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, each with its own en-suite.

Outside, you will have access to a private lawned garden and a large, decked area overlooking the lake with a private hot tub. Fire up the gas BBQ and dine alfresco around the 10-seater dining table or gather on the comfortable rattan sofas for an evening under the stars.

The owners will greet you on arrival and show you into the property.

The estate occupies a range of sustainable initiatives, including eco-ponds to encourage ecology, rewilding, rescued farm animals and hives of honeybees.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £1000 prior to their stay.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The house is part of a luxury estate in the Cotswolds with an abundance of pubs, restaurants, markets and farm shops nearby. During your stay, you will have access to on-site leisure facilities that are shared by all guests.

Activities
Enjoy a range of on-site activities to keep the whole family entertained. Thrill seekers can swing through the treetops on the high ropes or head to the lake for a spot of canoeing, kayaking or paddleboarding. For the mini explorers, there are organised adventure walks and a kids’ club available to spark your little one's curiosity and bring them closer to nature. Fishing lessons are also available to beginners, or you can hire tackle as you wish. Other activities include a zip wire, climbing wall, archery and clay pigeon shooting.
