Alistair Malins
CEO and Founder

Alistair is a serial technology entrepreneur with a passion for luxury travel. He has been holidaying in the UK since childhood and founded Luxury Cottages to provide a platform to match discerning guests with the finest handpicked luxury properties and provide them with an exceptional level of customer service.

Michelle Sephton
Managing Director and Co-Founder

Michelle is a successful business leader and entrepreneur in the luxury travel sector. She spent over 25 years at Elegant Resorts, becoming Managing Director in 2009. She oversaw the company’s growth into an award-winning luxury travel brand. She stepped down in 2018 to act as a coach and joined the business as a co-founder in 2020.

Anthony Cole
CCO and Co-Founder

Anthony has spent the last ten years working in travel with experience at several of the leading cottage agencies in the UK. He also brings luxury travel experience from his time at Elegant Resorts, having headed up the Middle East operations. Anthony has his own portfolio of holiday cottages, which he runs under the Escape Cottages brand.

Matilda Lindqvist
Head of Marketing

Matilda, or Tilly, heads up the marketing function at Luxury Cottages. With marketing experience across multiple sectors and a Psychology degree from Oxford University, Tilly has a passion for understanding how customers think and behave, something she has utilised across both ecommerce, financial services and travel.
