This spacious, ground-floor, luxury apartment has a cool and stylish vibe with high quality fixtures and furnishings throughout, while local Welsh art adds a homely touch. There’s WiFi too.

There is private access to the apartment and inside you’ll find an open-plan living/dining/kitchen space with timber flooring that makes it feel warm and inviting. Get comfy on the sofa and watch TV, or simply relax beside the real-flame effect electric feature fireplace.

The high-spec kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to whip up delicious meals, including an electric oven, gas hob, a large freestanding fridge/freezer, wine cooler, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher.

There is also a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Three bedrooms include two super-king-size rooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is a bunk room that sleeps two and is ideal for children with its own wall-mounted Smart TV. There is also a family bathroom with a built in bath and a separate walk-in shower.

Outside, you can enjoy the sea air and coastal views from your private, enclosed terrace which has a table and chairs, perfect for dining alfresco on sunny days.

There is a key safe where you can access the key to the property for a self-check-in.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
