The brewery

Those who love nothing more than a crisp, refreshing tipple should make a beeline for the home brewery. Encircled by sun-drenched golden barley fields - the direct supply of every unique blend - the brewery welcomes you to journey back in time as you acquaint yourself with the time-honoured methods and magic.

There is a brand new tap room, serving beer, wine and spirits, opening in July 2024.

However you choose to while your days away, bask in the natural wonders surrounding you. Switch off from reality as you ramble wetland meadows, droves of scattered wildflowers and expanses of awe-inspiring restored marshland, woodland and the happy herds of meadow-bound, rare-breed sheep.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

  • Up to 2 dogs are permitted at an additional fee of £30 per dog
