Nestled at the foot of the Malvern Hills and one of four holiday barns on the site, The Partridge provides a cosy retreat for a peaceful break away. The interior is inspired by a French boutique and the space is bright and airy, creating a wonderful place to relax with your nearest and dearest. Spend days swimming in the indoor on-site swimming pool which spans an indoor barn space with far-reaching views across the escarpment. The pool is heated to 35 degrees all year round.

The barn begins with a rustic, open-plan living space that's filled with characterful features, including floor-to-ceiling windows to capture the countryside views, chic soft furnishings and exposed beams.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to self-cater, including an oven, microwave, fridge and coffee machine, while the round dining table seats up to four guests.

Meanwhile, the living room comprises a sumptuous sofa, two armchairs and underfloor heating. There is no TV here, which makes it the ideal place to gather and socialise.

There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with a double bed and an en-suite shower, while the second bedroom is on the first floor with a zip and link double bed.

Outside, you will have access to a private garden with stunning views and outdoor furniture.

The grounds

The property is set on a 150-acre estate of beautiful undulating countryside. You are free to roam the estate and enjoy the abundant wildlife and breathtaking views. There are various games for the children, including football, cricket or croquet. Under an ancient oak, there is a swing and also a firepit for marshmallows and evening fun.

Swimming pool

Enjoy taking a dip in the newly built, indoor swimming pool, followed by a spot of sunbathing on the outdoor terrace during the summer months.

A timetable can be requested to ensure you have allocated time to enjoy the swimming pool in private.

Dining room

If you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary or any other special celebration, or perhaps a corporate event, you have the option of hiring the 24 seat dining room and kitchen. Private chefs, floristry, spa/wellness professionals and chauffeurs may also be organised on request.

The Estate Housekeepers will greet you on arrival, show you around the property and introduce you to all of the facilities.

If you would like to offset the carbon emissions from your trip, get in touch and we can arrange this for a small fee.

Check-out: by 10:00 (Sunday checkouts are extended to 16:00)

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.
