A large, well-equipped kitchen/diner has everything you need to cook your meals and enjoy them all together around the large dining table where there are wonderful sea views through the impressive 5-metre long, glass sliding doors. There’s a separate utility room where you can keep on top of any laundry.

Designed for relaxing, socialising and making the most of the views, the house has two sitting areas. The large sitting room downstairs is a fantastic place for everyone to get together and enjoy a cosy movie night on the large Smart TV, beside the electric wood burner effect fire.

Upstairs, there’s a smaller sitting area with a wall mounted TV, with NOW TV box, and a large window framing more of those breath-taking views, perfect for enjoying evening drinks.

There are five spacious bedrooms, all with either sea or garden views. Upstairs, there are two triple bedrooms (upon request, one can accommodate an additional single bed). They share a bathroom with bath and separate shower, from where you can enjoy beautiful sea views whilst showering.

Downstairs there are three bedrooms. Two are doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, the other located next to a shower room with double shower. The third is a twin bedroom (upon request this can be set up as a king). There is also an additional bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Outside, there are fully enclosed gardens. The two patio areas are accessed directly from the dining area and kitchen, ideal for enjoying indoor/outdoor coastal living. The back patio is a real sun-trap and perfect for relaxing on the outdoor lounge furniture with a sundowner in hand. Meanwhile, the front patio is a superb place to dine and admire the sea views.

There is also the convenience of an outdoor tap and shower area where you can wash sand off your feet and clean up your four-legged friend before heading indoors.

There is a key safe where you can access the key to the property for a self-check-in.

Eco-friendly handwashes, surface cleaner and washing up liquid are provided in refillable bottles. Toilet tissue and kitchen towel are manufactured from bamboo.

If you'd like to offset the carbon emissions from your trip, get in touch and we can arrange this for a small fee.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental damage waiver – an advance payment can be made to waive the requirement for the Accidental Damage Deposit. This is automatically added to your booking – please contact us to remove this option and either add Booking Protect detailed below or to pay the Refundable Accidental Damage Deposit.

For your complete peace of mind, we offer Booking Protect. With Booking Protect, if you are no longer able to travel as intended, we will arrange a change of date or a full refund for you minus the cost of Booking Protect and the admin fee of £75.

In addition to the flexibility to rearrange your dates, Booking Protect covers accidental damage during your stay at the property up to the value of the Accidental Damage Deposit for the booked Property.

The neighbourhood

The property is a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Warren and Harbour beaches, while the vibrant seaside resort of Abersoch is about a 5-minute walk.

Abersoch is at the south end of the Llyn Peninsula and has convenience stores, shops, a farm shop, a range of delis, pubs and restaurants. There is plenty to see and do and Abersoch’s long sandy beach is lined with pretty beach huts, while the village offers a sailing school and a host of water sports facilities. There’s also a links golf course.
