Exceptional Service

Our award-winning Guest Services team will not only help you find your dream holiday but will support you through every step of your stay.

The cottage is stylishly decorated, with features such as the vaulted ceiling and beams adding a touch of rustic elegance. Every home comfort has been thought of, including electric underfloor heating throughout.

The home is set out over the ground floor and at its heart is the modern, open-plan living/kitchen/dining area. Get comfy on one of the sofas and read a book, or enjoy a movie night on the LCD TV which has Freeview, Netflix access and a DVD player. There’s also a wood burner to provide an extra layer of warmth at chilly times of the year.

When it’s time for preparing your family meal, the kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric Range-style oven, an electric hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, while a washing machine and a tumble dryer can be found in the attached utility room.

At mealtimes, gather around the dining table which seats four and as you enjoy your dinner you can admire views over the garden.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one king-size, both with wardrobe space. They share one shower room (there is no bath at this property).

Outside there is a patio garden area with seating and a barbecue, ideal for dining alfresco or simply enjoying the gorgeous views of the Derbyshire Valley whilst sipping your morning coffee. Beyond is a shared lawned garden area.

There is a lockbox where you can access the key to the property for a self-check-in, however the owners live nearby and are available to offer assistance during your stay.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

The garden area is not enclosed and there is a small lake in the grounds beyond, so please supervise children at all times.
