The barn begins with a modern shaker-style kitchen, fully equipped with everything you will need including an electric oven and hob, a coffee machine, a toaster and a washing machine, while the dining table seats four. There is also access to the private lawned garden which is equipped with a dining table and BBQ.

The cosy lounge is a delightful place to relax and unwind after exploring your stunning surroundings. There are two armchairs, a sofa, a Smart TV and patio doors leading to a small decked area.

On the first floor, there are two elegantly designed bedrooms, one of which has a king-size bed with access to the second bedroom which features a single bed (which can be made into two single beds). There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

There is a lock box which you can access on arrival.

If you would like to offset the carbon emissions from your trip, get in touch and we can arrange this for a small fee.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The nearest town is Henley-on-Thames which is regarded as one of the prettiest in the south of England thanks to its riverside location. It’s a delightful place to shop in quirky, independent shops, enjoy leisurely lunches or take a sightseeing boat trip.

Henley also hosts a number of annual events including the Henley Royal Regatta, the Henley Literary Festival and the Henley Food Festival. Meanwhile, The Henley Showground has a full programme of events to suit many tastes.
