The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need to self-cater with ease including an induction hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a fridge/freezer, while the dining table comfortably seats 12 but can be extended to accommodate 20 guests.
This large and sociable space is perfect for relaxing and entertaining, whether preparing delicious feasts to enjoy together, lounging on the sumptuous sofas with a movie on the Smart TV or playing a game of table football.
When the sun is shining, slide open the patio doors and head outside where you can enjoy 2 acres of mature gardens, a heated swimming pool (open to guests between 12:00pm – 10:00pm), a hot tub and enough seating to dine alfresco or lounge poolside. In addition to this, you will also have access to a yoga studio and a treatment room for ultimate relaxation.
The house features six deluxe bedrooms, each with zip and link king-size beds (please request twin beds prior to arrival). There is one accessible bedroom on the ground floor with access to the garden, two on the first floor with two additional trundle beds per room, and a further three bedrooms on the second floor, two of which have two trundle beds as well.

The property sleeps 20 in total with a maximum of 12 adults and 8 children on trundle beds.
Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.
Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.
