Split into two wings, this stunning farmhouse exudes warmth and comfort. The retention of original stone walls, exposed wooden beams and country-style décor truly encapsulates the character of this 18th century abode.

Step through the front door and into the main wing of the house where you will find the first of seven bedrooms. This beautifully decorated twin bedroom is the perfect space for two friends or teenagers.

Next door, the first of two living rooms presents itself with two leather sofas, a single armchair and a log-burning stove, housed within a beautiful stone inglenook. The cosy interiors, paired with period-style décor create a comfortable space to retreat to after a day in the countryside. Relax fireside with a warming cup of tea, your favourite people around you and a good film on the Smart TV.

The country-style kitchen/dining room is the perfect place to socialise and enjoy delicious meals. A striking red AGA sits directly in front of the central dining table, designed with enough space for 12 guests to feast or play games. Meanwhile, the secondary kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including an electric double oven and hob, a microwave, three fridges, two freezers, a dishwasher and ample storage.

Next door is a handy utility room featuring a washing machine, tumble dryer and another electric cooker. There is also a small WC.

Head upstairs to the first floor of the property where you will find four bedrooms, all beautifully decorated with neutral colour tones, period-style accents and exposed wooden beams. The master bedroom features an oak-framed king-size bed with ample storage and countryside views. There is also another king-size bedroom, a single bedroom and a bunk bedroom. The first floor is complete with a stylish bathroom with a roll-top bath and an additional shower room.

Head back downstairs and venture through to the side wing of the house, which is accessible via a conservatory beside the kitchen/dining room or the second front door. Here you will find another living room, also featuring exposed wooden beams and original brick walls. There are two leather sofas, a single armchair and a Smart TV. When the sun is shining, open the large patio doors which leads out to the private garden, or simply admire the stunning views with your favourite book in hand.

Tucked away beyond the lounge is a small study room, perfect for a quiet escape or remote working if required.

A spiral staircase leads from the secondary lounge to the first floor of the side wing. There are two further bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two singles. Next door is a shared bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Outside is the enchanting private garden, featuring a heated swimming pool (open between April 1 and October 31), a lawned garden with a stream and stunning seasonal blooms, plus a dining table with 10 chairs, rattan sofas and two sun loungers. Enjoy warm, summer days spent beside the pool or prepare delicious delights on the charcoal BBQ for an alfresco feast with the whole family.

There is a key code to access the property for a self-check-in.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.
