The focal point of the house is the stunning kitchen and dining area, fitted with a range of quality fixtures, Rayburn stove, dishwasher, microwave etc and finished to a very high standard and has all you could possibly need to cater for every meal time. With ample seating for six at the dining table and a comfy sofa this is definitely the heart of the house.
From the kitchen through full width bi-folding doors you enter onto the patio with wood burning hot tub which has outstanding views of the far reaching countryside vista. Enjoy the views with a glass of bubbles after a fun day at the beach, enjoy al fresco dining in the cosy hut followed by some star gazing in the tub. To the lounge there is ample seating and places to relax. Enjoy the views from the large windows, snuggle down in front of the wood burner with a good book or continue with the days fun with a board game or two.
To the ground floor you will find a double and twin room, again in-keeping with the rest of the property, finished to a high standard and benefiting from luxury linens and towelling. With a range of oak furniture throughout and a shared luxury fitted family bathroom with bath separate shower, WC & sink.
To the first floor you will find the master suite with it's king-size double bed, dressing area and en-suite with shower, WC & sink.
With oak floors throughout this well presented thoughtfully finished property is perfect for friends and family to enjoy a traditional Welsh beach holiday that will make you want to come back for more!

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking and service fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.
Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.
Book with Confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you're legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.
