Step inside this delightful stone cottage and into the cosy living/dining room. Complete with original flagstone flooring, exposed beams and oak studded doors, you will feel right at home here. The sumptuous sofa and armchair are perfectly placed in front of the wood-burning stove, while the dining table comfortably seats two with a view of the Smart TV.

Venture further into the country-style kitchen where you will find all the essentials to self-cater with ease, including an Esse Range Cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.

Back in the living room, a spiral staircase leads to the beautiful bedroom with a super-king-size bed, 400 thread count cotton bedding and fluffy cushions. There is also an en-suite WC and a walk-in shower room on the ground floor.

Outside, you will have access to an enclosed courtyard where you can sip drinks in the sunshine while your four-legged friends explore safely.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The cottage is situated near the quaint town of Ilminster with plenty of shops and cafes to visit. Discover the surrounding countryside and woodlands on foot or bike, before retreating to the pub for a hearty meal or a delicious tipple. There are two within walking distance, The Bell Inn and The Five Dials at Horton, while many others are just a short drive away.

Should you wish to venture further, Lyme Regis Beach and scenic strolls along the Jurassic coastline are around 40 minutes away and provides stunning panoramic views.
