Pristinely appointed with all the thrills and spills you could ever want, this spacious seven-bedroom hideaway is plush with thoughtfully considered furnishings throughout, all peacefully enveloped within the rural tranquillity of arable fields and acre upon acre of sensational meadows.

The home itself boasts a sprawling entrance hall met with a palatial, antique-filled drawing room and at the centre of it all, a vast living room complete with sumptuously snug sofas and a roaring log-burning stove.

The powder blue kitchen is complete with everything you will need to self-cater with ease, while the formal dining room invites guests to gather at the magnificent mahogany table and indulge in a slice of splendour.

The cosy living room was made for moments spent winding down in the company of a thrilling page-turner and a steaming hot coffee.

Upstairs, there are seven uniquely designed bedrooms, including a king-size master bedroom with an en-suite, a king-size bedroom with an en-suite, two super-king-size bedrooms with en-suites, a king-size bedroom with zip and link beds and a separate bathroom, and two twin bedrooms with a shared family bathroom.

However you choose to while your days away, bask in the natural wonders surrounding you. Switch off from reality as you ramble wetland meadows, droves of scattered wildflowers and expanses of awe-inspiring restored marshland, woodland and the happy herds of meadow-bound, rare-breed sheep.

Keen cyclists are sure to delight in the myriad of family-friendly cycle tracks the estate has to offer. Prepare to uncover heaps of hidden marvels as you criss-cross from here to there, and when the weather permits, stow scrumptious treats into a picnic basket before venturing to one of the estate’s many secret nooks for a sun-drenched feast.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
