Step through the original stable door and into the characterful kitchen/diner, complete with herringbone floor, exposed stone walls and an abundance of artwork. The modern kitchen provides everything you need to self-cater with ease, including an electric hob, an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Gather around the eight-seater dining table for a delicious home-cooked meal or an evening of card games and chatter.

Meanwhile, the utility room is equipped with a washing machine, a handy dog washing station and a coffee station.

Venture up a small set of steps to the first of two living spaces. Here, you will find a sumptuous U-shaped sofa and a smart TV for cosy nights in. It’s conveniently placed next door to the first bedroom which features a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room.

On the first floor, there is a designated working space and a cosy snug with a large sofa and patio doors leading to the terrace with outdoor furniture, a BBQ and lighting.

There are two additional bedrooms on the first floor, one of which has zip-and-link twin beds (or a super king) and another with a king-sized bed. The family bathroom is next door to the rooms and comprises a free-standing bath and a shower.

On the second floor, there is a characterful master bedroom with a super-king-size bed and an en-suite with a luxurious free-standing bath and shower.

There is a lock box which you can access on arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The nearest pubs are The Taphouse and Peterville Inn, each serving delicious local ales and hearty meals. If you want to enjoy a meal with sea views, head to Schooners for cocktails and fresh pizzas.

From coastal walks to dolphin spotting, there’s no wonder this beautiful village is so popular. There are four beaches in the area but the nearest is Trevaunance Cove in St Agnes with its golden sand beach and turquoise waters. It’s a great place to relax, explore or try something new, including coasteering, paddleboarding and sea kayaking.
