This beautiful stone walled cottage begins with an elegantly designed dining room, complete with a rustic six-seater dining table and opulent antiques, perfectly placed to admire while savouring a delicious feast.
Meanwhile, the heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen/living room with gorgeous country-style interiors and fixtures. The well-equipped kitchen features a striking stone fireplace along with everything you will need to self-cater, including a Smeg toaster and kettle, an electric oven and hob, a Nespresso coffee machine and a two-seater breakfast bar.
The back of the room boasts a stunning lounge with two sumptuous sofas, a single armchair and a Smart TV, ideal for movie nights after a day of exploring. When the sun is shining, open the large French doors to admire the enchanting garden.
There are three delightful bedrooms, each complete with luxurious cotton bed linen and cosy throws. The first bedroom is on the ground floor with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, while the remaining two bedrooms are on the first floor with a king-size bed and twin beds. There is also a shared hallway bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Outside, you will have access to a pretty lawned garden with mature trees and seasonal blooms. The old stone wall adds extra privacy and creates your own little secret garden where you can dine alfresco and enjoy garden games on the lawn.

The cottage is located in the beautiful Devon countryside village of Broadhempston near the pretty and historic town of Totnes with two pubs within walking distance. There are many boutique shops to discover in Totnes, along with Devon’s largest Good Food market which is held every third Sunday of each month with over 50 stalls, or you can visit the weekly market every Friday and Saturday to shop for souvenirs and gifts.If it’s more of that stunning natural beauty that you want to find, the cottage is well placed for coastal trips into the South Hams and Torbay or countryside rambles at Dartmoor National Park. If you feel like splurging, The Elephant, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Torquay, is under 30 minutes away and perfect for a fine dining experience.
