Step inside this spectacular barn conversion and into the open-plan living space. The modern kitchen provides all you will need to self-cater, including an electric oven and hob, a fridge, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a large dining table. One of the main features of the space is the impressive wood-burning stove which can be enjoyed from the comfort of the sumptuous L-shaped sofa while you enjoy a movie or two on the Smart TV.

Upstairs, there is a gorgeous mezzanine bedroom with a super-king-size bed, while the second bedroom is complete with bunk beds and perfect for one child. There is also a luxurious bathroom with his and her basins, a walk-in shower and a luxurious stone bath on the main floor.

Venture outside to the private balcony and enjoy the tranquil countryside views while you prepare delicious feasts on the BBQ or venture to the courtyard for an evening around the fire pit.

There is a key safe where you can access the key to the property for a self-check-in.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

The driveway is slightly uneven, so low-to-the-ground vehicles are not recommended.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

The barn is located in the mid-Devon countryside and perfectly placed to enjoy scenic bike rides along the River Exe and walks to wonderful pubs and eateries. Should you wish the venture further, Devon’s spectacular coastline and rugged moors are just waiting to be explored.

Nearby is the pretty market town of Tiverton, which is home to the Great Western Canal Country Park where you can hire boats and take horse-drawn canal trips. There is also a charming local museum featuring the agricultural home life of mid-Devon residents over the years.
