The property begins with a handy boot room where you can store your shoes and coats after a day of exploring.

Continue further into the first of two living rooms. This sociable space features a Smart TV with Sky, a multi-games table with table tennis, air hockey and pool, plus a sumptuous L-shaped sofa. For some well-deserved peace and quiet, head next door to the second sitting room which features a cracking log-burner, two sofas and sea views.

Meanwhile, the kitchen/dining room has a range of high-tech appliances including an American-style fridge/freezer,a wine cooler, a Quooker hot tap, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Enjoy delicious meals around the 12-seater table or relax on the sofa and admire the breathtaking views. When the sun is shining, open the patio doors to bring the outside in.

Off the kitchen, there is a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

If you’re keen to keep up with your fitness routine on holiday, the house also benefits from a small gym with a spin bike, yoga mats and kettlebells.

There are five bedrooms altogether, three of which are on the first floor. The master bedroom features a super-king-size bed with an open plan roll-top bath area enjoying uninterrupted views across Slade and the bay. Along with this, there is an en-suite wet room with walk-in shower, while the remaining two bedrooms have double bunk beds and access to the hallway bathroom. Venture up to the second floor where you will find a twin bedroom, a king-size bedroom and a shared shower room.

Outside, you will have access to a large lawned garden with decking, a fire pit and a BBQ.

There is a lock box which you can access on arrival.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.

The house is located in the pretty village of Slade which is known for its breathtaking coastline and attractions. The closest beach is Slade Bay, a quiet spot with rock pools and a low tide, perfect for scenic strolls, fishing or a swim.

Meanwhile, the house is just a 5-minute drive from Oxwich Bay, which is dog-friendly all year round, with its unspoilt, sandy beach. Fantastic for a morning jog, a leisurely stroll, paddling or enjoying a variety of water sports, the bay is a wonderful place to spend the day enjoying the fresh air and natural beauty of the area.
