The property begins with an open-plan kitchen/living/dining room which has been designed with bright and vibrant pops of colour to complement the restored features.

Amongst the flagstone flooring, exposed beams and oak studded doors, there are two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and a six-seater dining table. Meanwhile, the fully-equipped kitchen provides everything you will need to prepare delicious meals including an AGA, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.

Upstairs, there are two beautifully furnished bedrooms with king-size bed and a super-king which can be formed into two single beds on request. There is also a large walk-in shower room on this floor.

Outside, you will have access to an enclosed courtyard where you can dine alfresco in the sunshine while your four-legged friends explore safely.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

The cottage is situated near the quaint town of Ilminster with plenty of shops and cafes to visit. Discover the surrounding countryside and woodlands on foot or bike, before retreating to the pub for a hearty meal or a delicious tipple. There are two within walking distance, The Bell Inn and The Five Dials at Horton, while many others are just a short drive away.

Should you wish to venture further, Lyme Regis Beach and scenic strolls along the Jurassic coastline are around 40 minutes away and provides stunning panoramic views.
