Step inside this charming barn and into the open-plan kitchen/living room which is adorned by unique artwork, exposed beams and cosy interiors. The country-style kitchen is complete with everything you should need to self-cater with ease, including an electric hob, an electric oven, a fridge/freezer and a microwave and a two-seater breakfast bar. Meanwhile, the five-seater dining table provides the perfect setting to savour delicious meals or chat about your day.

The living room has been designed with warmth and comfort in mind with its two sumptuous sofas and cosy wood-burning stove. While away the hours with your favourite programme on the Smart TV or enjoy dipping into the large selection of books and games throughout your stay.

There are two beautiful bedrooms, each uniquely designed with luxurious soft furnishings and elegant décor. The master bedroom features a four-poster super-king-size bed, while the second bedroom comprises a king-size bed. There is also a shared bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Outside, there is a small patio in the courtyard with garden furniture and you will have access to the shared swimming pool between the hours of 2-5pm. (please note this may be flexible by mutual agreement with the owners who live in the property next door).

The owners will greet you on arrival and show you into the property.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

The neighbourhood

Located on the edge of Peppard Common, you will never be short of pubs and restaurants to dine out at as there is a good range within several miles, including The Unicorn in Peppard Common, The Crooked Billet in Stoke Row and The Highwayman Inn, in Checkendon. There is also a village shop for essentials, a tennis club and a famous vineyard which makes for a great day out.

The nearest town is Henley-on-Thames which is about 6 miles away and is regarded as one of the prettiest in the south of England thanks to its riverside location. It is a delightful place to shop in quirky, independent shops, enjoy leisurely lunches or take a sightseeing boat trip.
