This bright and airy barn conversion begins with an open-plan living space that's designed for socialising and entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to self-cater, including an oven, microwave, fridge and coffee machine, while the round dining table seats up to six guests.

Meanwhile, the stylish living room features a sumptuous L-shaped sofa, underfloor heating and far-reaching views from the two floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s the perfect place to gather and relax with your favourite movie on the Smart TV and the ambient sound of the log burner.

There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms, one of which has a king-size bed and one with a zip-and-link double bed. Both bedrooms share the hallway bathroom which contains a large shower.

Outside, you will have access to a private garden with stunning views and outdoor furniture.

The grounds

The property is set on a 150-acre estate of beautiful undulating countryside. You are free to roam the estate and enjoy the abundant wildlife and breathtaking views. There are various games for the children, including football, cricket or croquet. Under an ancient oak, there is a swing and also a firepit for marshmallows and evening fun.

Swimming pool

Enjoy taking a dip in the newly built, indoor swimming pool, followed by a spot of sunbathing on the outdoor terrace during the summer months.

A timetable can be requested to ensure you have allocated time to enjoy the swimming pool in private.

Dining room

If you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary or any other special celebration, or perhaps a corporate event, you have the option of hiring the 24 seat dining room and kitchen. Private chefs, floristry, spa/wellness professionals and chauffeurs may also be organised on request.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.
