This elegant and characterful manor is set over two floors and features an abundance of antiques, sparkling chandeliers and original charm throughout
.
The modern kitchen is complete with everything you will need including two ovens, a gas hob, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, while the large dining room comprises a 16-seater table and provides the perfect setting to enjoy delicious banquets in style.

Meanwhile, the opulent, peacock-themed drawing room is ideal for the whole group to gather after dinner for a catch-up beside the open fire, while the neighbouring sitting room, with its sumptuous Chesterfield sofas, is a more relaxing space with a Smart TV and a selection of books.

Venture upstairs to the first floor where you will find five individually designed bedrooms with cosy interiors and characterful charm. There is one super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite, three king-size bedrooms with en-suites and one double bedroom with bunk beds (sleeps 4).

Outside, there is a perfectly manicured garden with plenty of seating. When the sun is shining, fire up the BBQ for a delicious feast with a refreshing G&T in hand or enjoy a dip in the hot tub.

Need more space? There are two additional self-contained cottages, both featuring a king bedroom with an en-suite, a kitchenette and living area. One of the cottages also has its own courtyard with a hot tub.

The owners will greet you on arrival and show you into the property.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £1,000 prior to their stay.

The property is located in the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which is a fantastic place for enjoying the great outdoors, including kayaking on the River Wye and horse-riding in the Black Mountains nearby. Within walking distance of the house, there’s an 18-hole golf course and an accessible fishing lake, too.

Further outdoor fun can be enjoyed at the Forest of Dean and the Symonds Yat, with activities including paddleboarding, wild swimming, cycling and climbing on offer.
