Set over two immaculately appointed floors, from the sprawling living space to the assortment of beautiful bedrooms, each and every room is enriched with palatial country splendour. Some of the best memories in life are made when gathered around the table, so whether you prefer a go-slow vibe or you like to up the tempo with adrenaline-fuelled escapades, at mealtimes, be sure to take advantage of the kitchen island and large refectory dining table. Serving the picture-perfect spot in which to savour all your favourite flavours, gather here on the daily for hearty feasts and refreshing sips with loved ones.

While your day-to-day adventures will no doubt vary, guests are encouraged to draw every escapade to a close in front of the flickering log-burning stove. Kick off your walking boots, put up your feet and toast your toes before unfurling in the resplendence of one of the six stunning bedrooms. There are five en-suite king-size bedrooms (on of which can be formed into two single beds) and one twin bedroom.

Encircled by sun-drenched golden barley fields - the direct supply of every unique blend - the brewery welcomes you to journey back in time as you acquaint yourself with the time-honoured methods and magic.

Nature walks

However you choose to while your days away, bask in the natural wonders surrounding you. Switch off from reality as you ramble wetland meadows, droves of scattered wildflowers and expanses of awe-inspiring restored marshland, woodland and the happy herds of meadow-bound, rare-breed sheep.

Cycling

Keen cyclists are sure to delight in the myriad of family-friendly cycle tracks the estate has to offer. Prepare to uncover heaps of hidden marvels as you crisscross from here to there, and when the weather permits, stow scrumptious treats into a picnic basket before venturing to one of the estate’s many secret nooks for a sun-drenched feast.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
