Paving the way with underfloor heating, the property begins with a spacious lounge area, beautifully furnished with two sofas, a Smart TV and views of the estate.

Moving on to the kitchen/diner, it is meticulously equipped with all the essentials for seamless self-catering, including an oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and a practical washing machine, while the dining table seats six.

Venturing upstairs, you will find three cosy en-suite bedrooms, including two super-king rooms and a twin room. Along with this, there is also a seating area, ideal for a morning coffee with the Shropshire countryside as your backdrop.

Outside, there’s a private patio with seating, ideal for alfresco dining and drinks. Meanwhile, the communal gardens offer a perfectly manicured lawn, additional seating and tranquil water features. You’ll also have access to the beautiful Walled Gardens/Orchard between 5pm and 7pm.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement

The cottage is located on a private estate in the heart of Shropshire with scenic walking routes from the doorstep. There’s a purpose-built trail, perfect if you’re holidaying with your four-legged friend, while the wider estate offers breathtaking grounds and gardens to explore. There is a walled garden / orchard that you’ll have access to daily between 5pm and 7pm, the team also conduct tours of the Hall twice a day.
