Step into the property and be greeted by an expansive lounge area, elegantly adorned with two plush sofas, a Smart TV, and picturesque estate views. For some extra peace and quiet, there’s an additional snug casual seating and a desk for remote working.

Meanwhile, the kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to self-cater with ease, including an oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, while the separate dining room seats eight and is perfect for family meals and socialising.

Upstairs, there are four delightful bedrooms, including two super-king rooms (one of which can be a twin on request), a king room with an en-suite shower, and a children’s bunk bedroom with an en-suite shower.

Outside, there’s a private patio with seating and a BBQ, ideal for alfresco drinks. Meanwhile, the communal gardens offer a perfectly manicured lawn, additional seating and tranquil water features. You’ll also have access to the beautiful Walled Gardens/Orchard between 5pm and 7pm.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

The cottage is located on a private estate in the heart of Shropshire with scenic walking routes from the doorstep. There’s a purpose-built trail, perfect if you’re holidaying with your four-legged friend, while the wider estate offers breathtaking grounds and gardens to explore. There is a walled garden / orchard that you’ll have access to daily between 5pm and 7pm, the team also conduct tours of the Hall twice a day.
