Step inside this modern abode and into the bright and airy entrance hall which leads to three beautiful bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, stunning sea views and en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bath and shower, while the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. In addition, there is a separate, large family bathroom. The ground floor is complete with a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

A further set of stairs leads to the lower ground floor with a small lounge and kitchenette, plus two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and twin beds situated behind a partial wall, making it the perfect option for a family with children. The final room is complete with a double bed and a shared double shower room.

Outside, there is an enclosed south-facing garden with garden furniture, a charcoal BBQ and views of the thriving town.

Venture back upstairs to the first floor where you will be instantly impressed by stunning views of the sea through the floor-to-ceiling windows and bi-fold doors which lead directly to the large balcony where you can relax on the sun loungers and admire the vistas.

The modern kitchen is finished with high-quality fixtures and appliances including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, while the breakfast bar seats four and the large dining table seats ten with the sea as your backdrop.

The spacious lounge is the perfect place to socialise and entertain with two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV with surround sound and a wood-burning stove for cooler nights.

There is a key safe where you can access the key to the property for a self-check-in.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £1,000 prior to their stay.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you're legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The neighbourhood

The house is located in the pretty fishing town of Ilfracombe and is just a short walk from the centre with an abundance of restaurants, pubs, shops cafes and art galleries.

Tunnels Beaches is just a short walk away with its private beaches and Victorian outdoor swimming pool or you can hire kayaks and paddleboards from Hele Bay. Should you wish to explore further, hop on a ferry to Lundy Island which will take approximately one hour and you might even spot dolphins, porpoises or seals along the way.
