Accessed via a small set of stairs, step inside this delightful coastal home and into the light and spacious living room which features a host of beach-themed artworks and décor that enrich the seaside location. Along with two comfortable sofas, there is also a Smart TV, an electric fireplace and a single armchair which is perfectly placed to admire the sea views.

Meanwhile, the large kitchen/dining room is the ideal space for socialising together. It incorporates a breakfast bar with three bar stools, as well as a huge 12-seater dining table and a two-seater sofa with a Smart TV above. Fully fitted, the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, an American-style fridge/freezer, a coffee machine and a dishwasher.

There is plenty to keep the whole group entertained, including a selection of board games and table football in the lounge. For the ultimate movie night, head to the cinema room which is complete with a 70” 3D HD TV and a PlayStation 4.

Venture up to the first floor where you will find the first of six spacious bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room and sea views, plus two twin bedrooms, one of which features bunk beds. On the second floor, there is a zip and link super-king-size bed with an en-suite shower room and a further two twin bedrooms, one of which features bunk beds too. There is a shared bathroom on each floor of the house with a shower or a shower over the bath.

Outside, you will have access to a back garden with seating and a landscaped patio, while the front patio offers stunning sea and sunset views.

The owners will greet you on arrival and show you into the property.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The neighbourhood

The property is located in Newquay and is a stone’s throw away from the surfing hot spot, Fistral Beach and a selection of pubs and restaurants in the town centre.

If you have children with you, a day at the beach is hard to beat. However, there is a play area opposite the house and an abundance of walking routes from the doorstep. Be sure to look out for the seals at the harbour, too.
