The countryside location is perfect for leisurely strolls from the doorstep, before returning to the cottage to relax, socialise and entertain in the open-plan living space. When the sun is shining, the raised garden is perfect for a BBQ, admiring the sunsets and sipping drinks until the sky fills with stars. Should you wish to explore the area, the stunning town of Dartmouth and the pretty village of Dittisham are just a short drive away or you can venture further to the beaches of Blackpool Sands and Salcombe.

The cottage begins with an open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, immaculately presented with high-end fixtures, modern interiors and under-floor heating for that extra cosy touch. The space has been designed for socialising and entertaining with plenty of room to relax and dine together.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including an electric hob, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, along with a two-seater breakfast bar and a four-seater dining table. The lounge is complete with two grand armchairs, a sofa, a Smart TV and a crackling wood burner for chillier nights in. There is also a selection of books, games and puzzles to borrow throughout your stay.
On the first floor, there are two beautiful bedrooms, one with a spacious super-king-size bed (which can be made into twin beds on request) and an en-suite bathroom, while the other bedroom has a king-size bed (which can be made into twin beds on request) and access to the main bathroom.
At the rear of the cottage, there is a private patio with a BBQ and raised decking, perfect for admiring the stunning rolling fields while dining alfresco.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.
