There are six en-suite bedrooms, two with king-size beds and four with super-king-size beds, two of which are accessible with wet rooms. Four extra single beds are also available on request. If you require twin bed configurations in any of the rooms, please let us know at the time of booking.

The property is within the private 20-acre estate. There are other properties on the estate and one still undergoing renovation so it is possible that you will hear/see building works being undertaken during your stay. The builders know guests are staying and are mindful of loud machinery, they do their best to avoid disturbing anyone’s stay. Builders do not enter the finished area of the site.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £750 prior to their stay.
