With a spacious lounge, a fully-equipped kitchen/dining room and four cosy bedrooms, you will have everything you could want for. Spend days enjoying the beautiful, communal grounds and walking trails, before venturing to nearby attractions including Attington Park, Cambrian Railway, Aqueduct and so much more.
There are ten identical apartments available, and you will be allocated one on arrival.

Paving the way with underfloor heating, the property begins with a modern living space, complete with two leather sofas and a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Meanwhile, the kitchen features everything you will need to self-cater with ease, including an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, washing machine, a fridge/freezer and an eight-seater dining table.

There are four comfortable bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with a king-size bed and a separate wet room next door. Upstairs, there are three remaining bedrooms, one with twin beds and two with king-size beds (one with an en-suite shower room). There is also a family bathroom with a shower and bath.

Outside, there’s a private patio with seating and a BBQ, ideal for alfresco drinks. Meanwhile, the communal gardens offer a perfectly manicured lawn, additional seating and tranquil water features. You’ll also have access to the beautiful Walled Gardens/Orchard between 5pm and 7pm.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

The cottage is located on a private estate in the heart of Shropshire with scenic walking routes from the doorstep. There’s a purpose-built trail, perfect if you’re holidaying with your four-legged friend, while the wider estate offers breathtaking grounds and gardens to explore. There is a walled garden / orchard that you’ll have access to daily between 5pm and 7pm, the team also conduct tours of the Hall twice a day.

here are several pubs nearby, and all recommended restaurants can be found in the welcome book upon arrival. Meanwhile, the pretty market town of Oswestry is brimming with boutiques, restaurants and cafes to enjoy.
