Step inside the warm and welcoming hallway, architecturally designed to the highest standard with contemporary colour tones and luxurious décor throughout.

The heart of the suite is the open-plan kitchen/dining/living space, with a layout that’s made for socialising and relaxing. There is a handy kitchenette complete with all you should need to prepare essential meals throughout your stay, including an electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle and microwave. Spend quality time together around the six-seater dining table or head to the comfortable living room to absorb the stunning lake views, watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV or lounge in front of the crackling log burner.

When the sun is shining, open the glass patio doors and spill out onto your very own private balcony, complete with outdoor sofas, an additional six-seater dining table and sun loungers. Relax here with a glass of wine in hand or dine alfresco with the lake as your backdrop.

There are three stunning bedrooms, each designed with calming colour tones, luxurious soft furnishings and access to a private balcony. The master bedroom features a super-king-size bed, lake views and an en-suite with a bath and a shower. Meanwhile, the second king-size bedroom features garden views and an en-suite with a shower and a bath. The final bedroom features zip and link twin beds (which can be converted to a super-king if required), an en-suite shower room and garden views.

The estate is accessed via private gates and the owners will greet you on arrival and show you into the property.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

The estate occupies a range of sustainable initiatives, including eco-ponds to encourage ecology, rewilding, rescued farm animals and hives of honeybees.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £750 prior to their stay.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The suite is part of a luxury estate in the Cotswolds with an abundance of pubs, restaurants, markets and farm shops nearby. During your stay, you will have access to on-site leisure facilities that are shared by all guests.

Activities
Enjoy a range of on-site activities to keep the whole family entertained. Thrill seekers can swing through the treetops on the high ropes or head to the lake for a spot of canoeing, kayaking or paddleboarding. For the mini explorers, there are organised adventure walks and a kids’ club available to spark your little one's curiosity and bring them closer to nature. Fishing lessons are also available to beginners, or you can hire tackle as you wish. Other activities include a zip wire, climbing wall, archery and clay pigeon shooting.
