Upon entering the property, you'll find an impressive hallway leading to all rooms. The layout has been thoughtfully considered to create a comfortable space for multi-generation families to socialise with ease.

The living room/kitchen is bright and open-plan, tastefully furnished with a Smart TV and comfortable sofas. The well-equipped kitchen appliances include an oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and breakfast bar dividing the two rooms.

The house also features a delightful terrace accessed from the living room, perfect for al-fresco dining with breathtaking sunsets and views across the ocean to Lundy Island and beyond.

The dining room features an eight-seater dining table and offers stunning views of the surf and sunsets. It’s the perfect place to gather for evening meals. There is a handy utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, airing rack, and a separate WC.

The ground floor bedroom is spacious and comfortable, furnished with a king-size bed and ample storage, while the adjoining, accessible en-suite contains a bath with a shower.

As you head up to the first floor, you'll find a landing with a desk and chair, ideal for those who wish to work remotely during their stay. Upstairs, there is a striking master bedroom, with a king-size bed, giving uninterrupted views over Woolacombe’s beach, and an en-suite with a freestanding bath and separate shower. The family suite comprises a raised level double room with a king-size bed and an adjoining children’s room with two single beds, sharing the en-suite with a shower.

A few steps below is the safe, secluded and enclosed garden. A gas BBQ, ideal for alfresco dining with the ocean as your backdrop, is stored under the terrace, along with buckets, spades and storage for surfboards and wetsuits. A fresh-water shower to wash away the sand and salt after a day at the beach is conveniently located.

There is a key safe for self check-in and owner will be on hand should you need anything throughout your stay.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

The house is located in the seaside resort of Woolacombe and just a stone’s throw from the beaches and the village with its local shops, independent cafes, restaurants and art galleries.

Should you wish to explore further, visit Ilfracombe harbour – with Damien Hurst’s Verity statue and hop on a boat to Lundy Island which will take approximately 1 hour and you might even spot dolphins, porpoises or seals along the way.
